As a child and teenager, I loved taking my camera everywhere and documenting our family adventures.  That passion only grew when I started my own family.  I was lucky enough to stay home with my young children, but decided to fulfill my dream of becoming a librarian when they went back to school.  After five hard years , I graduated with my master's degree in Library science with a literature, history, genealogical research and child development background.  I love being a librarian, but I started missing the time I had to document my family through storytelling and photography.  It all came together when someone mentioned, "you love photography because it is like documenting a moment in time for people to look back on."  That was it!
